The steps to Reset MFA for users vary between the three User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

Sign in to Zoho One , then click the Admin Panel icon on the top right corner.
Click User Management on the left menu, theUsers tab opens by default.
Click the meatball menu , then click Reset MFA.
You can reset MFA for either a single user or multiple users:
To reset the MFA for a single user, click on the user, then click Reset MFA.
To reset MFA for multiple users, select the users whose MFA need to be reset, then click Reset MFA.
Ensure you have picked the users to reset MFA, then click Reset.
On the pop-up, click Verify and re-authorize to verify your identity with your password. On the confirmation screen, click Reset.
Click Yes, Reset.
While performing sensitive actions, you will need to periodically re-authenticate.
