Export users

Prerequisites

Roles that can perform users export:
  1. Organization Owner
  2. Organization Admin

To export users

The steps to export users vary between two User Interface versions supported by Zoho One. Select the UI you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

  1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click  on the top-right corner.
  2. Click Users.
  3. Click in the top-right corner and click Export All.
  4. Choose the formats to export the file in.
  5. Check Set Password to download your file in a password-protected ZIP archive.
  6. Click Export.
Unified UI
  1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left navigation menu.
  2. Click Users.
  3. Click in the top-right corner and click Export All.
  4. Choose the format to export the file in.
  5. Check Set Password to download your file in a password-protected ZIP archive.
  6. Click Export.
