Assign app to individual user


Zoho One Admin app lets you assign applications to individual users on the go. The steps vary slightly between iOS and Android, choose your platform below and follow the steps.

Prerequisites

  1. Organization Owner
  2. Organization Admin
iOS
  • Open the Zoho One Admin app on your mobile device.
  •  Tap in the bottom right corner, then tap Applications.
  • Tap on the required app, then tap Assign Users under USERS.
  • Tap on the users you want to add, then tap Next.
  • Select the appropriate role for the user, then tap  in the top-right corner.
  • Tap Done in the pop-up message that appears.

  • Open the Zoho One Admin app on your mobile device.
  • Tap in the bottom-right corner, then tap Applications.
  • Tap on the required app, then tap  under Users.
  • Tap on the user you want to add, then tap Next.
  • Select the appropriate role for the user, then tap .
