Edit user details
You can edit a user's details, such as their info, photo, and email address in your Zoho One Admin app.
Prerequisites
Roles required to perform this action:
- Organization Owner
- Organization Admin
iOS
- Tap
in the top-right corner..
- Tap
next to each field to edit the user's details.
- Tap DONE.
- Tap
in the top right corner, then tap Manage Email Address.
- Tap Add Email Addresses, then enter the email address.
- Tap Add.
Android
- Open the Zoho One Admin app on your mobile device.
- Tap
in the bottom-right corner, then tap Users.
- Tap on the user whose details you want to edit.
- To edit a user's info:
- Tap
in the top-right corner.
- Tap
next to each field to edit the user's details.
- Tap UPDATE.
- To manage a user's email address:
- Tap
in the top-right corner, then tap Manage Email.
- Tap
, then enter the email address.
- Tap ADD.
- To make a user's email address primary:
- Tap
in the top-right corner, then tap Manage Email.
- Tap
next to the email address you want to make primary.
