Boards
Overview
Boards provide a unified interface that consolidates information from multiple Zoho services. You can connect boards from the Zoho applications you use and access them directly within Zoho One. This helps you view and manage information without switching between applications.
Boards are grouped based on the space in which they are available in Zoho One.
- Personal Space: Notes Boards, Task Boards, Mail Boards
- Organization Space: Learn Boards
Note:
- Boards such as Notes Boards and Whiteboards can be edited.
- Mail-related boards such as Team Inbox and Sales Inbox are grouped under the Mail Board. Click
next to Mail under Personal Space to access them.

- Organisation User
Access Notes
Notes boards consolidate notes, noteboards, and whiteboards from Zoho Notebook and note-related content from Zoho Mail in your Personal Space. You can view, edit, and organize all notes from a single interface.
Steps to access the Noteboards
- Sign in to Zoho One and click Notes under Personal Space.
- Click
next to Notes to view all pinned notes, then click the required note to open it.
To edit notes,
- Click
to view or edit all notes collected from Notebook and Mail.
- Hover over a note and drag it using
icon to reorder notes.
- Hover over a note and click
to pin it.
- Click Create to create a new Noteboard or Whiteboard.
Access Tasks
Task Boards display tasks, task lists, and sprint items from Zoho Projects, Zoho Sprints, Zoho Connect, and Zoho ToDo. They provide a structured layout to manage tasks efficiently.
Steps to access the Task board
- Sign in to Zoho One and click Tasks under Personal Space.
- Click
next to Tasks to view all pinned task boards.
- Select the required board to open it.
- Hover over a task and drag it using
icon to reorder tasks.
Access Learn
Learn Boards display training and learning content from Zoho Learn, Zoho Connect, and Zoho People LMS. They appear under Organization Space.
Steps to access the Learn board
- Sign in to Zoho One and click Learn under Organization Space.
- Click
next to Learn to view available learning content.
- Select the required item to open it.
- Hover over any content and drag it using
icon to reorder items.
