Switch Space

Overview

In Zoho One, Spaces UI allows users to access a collection of related applications grouped under specific categories. There are nine predefined spaces: Personal, Organisation, Finance, Human Resource, Marketing, Sales, Service, IT, and Legal. Each predefined space offers a curated set of applications tailored to its business function. Users can easily switch between these spaces depending on their tasks or roles.

After signing in to Zoho One, you’ll be directed to the Personal space by default. To switch to another space, click the space name located next to Personal at the top of the screen. To view all available spaces, click the drop-down menu, then select your desired space to complete the switch.

Example:

Zylker, a company that runs its business operations on Zoho One, has several employees who use different spaces within the platform. When Emily, one of the employees, signs in to Zoho One, she finds the Spaces menu at the top of the screen, displaying options such as Personal, Organization, Finance, Human Resources, and others.

Upon selecting the Finance space, her dashboard updates to show finance-related applications like Zoho Expense, Zoho Books, and Zoho Subscriptions.
When she switches to the Marketing space, it displays marketing tools such as Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Social, and Zoho Marketing Automation.

This seamless transition allows Emily to move between different business areas effortlessly, with each space providing tools and applications relevant to its category.
