Add custom widget

The steps to add a custom widget vary between the two user interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

  1. Sign in to your Zoho One account.
  2. Click on the dashboard where you want to add a custom widget, then click Add Widget.
  3. Click the Custom Widget dropdown on the top-right corner.
  4. If you choose to Create widget:
    1. Enter a widget name and description.
    2. Under the Configure widget, choose an entity and select a widget type.
    3. Click Save.
  5. If you choose to Embed URL:
    1. Enter a widget name and description.
    2. Under the Configure widget, enter the widget URL.
    3. Click Save.
  6. If you choose to Quick links:
    1. Enter a widget name and description.
    2. Under theConfigure widget, enter the link URL and select the link icon.
    3. Click Add Link.


Space UI
  1. Sign in to your Zoho One account, then click  next to Home.
  2. Click on the dashboard where you want to add custom widget, then click Add Widget.
  3. Click the Custom Widget dropdown on the top-right corner.
  4. If you choose to Create widget:
    1. Enter a widget name and description.
    2. Under Configure widget, choose an entity and select a widget type.
    3. Click Save.
  5. If you want to add filters to your widget:
    1. Click +New Filter.
    2. Enter a filter name and description, then select a filter from the right pane.
    3. Click Add Filter.
  6. If you choose to Embed URL:
    1. Enter a widget name and description.
    2. Under Configure widget, enter the widget URL.
    3. Click Save.
