Embedded dashboard

Overview

An embedded dashboard is the dashboard you integrate from other applications and access them along with your Zoho One dashboards. This enables you to view data and insights from different applications directly within Zoho One.

By embedding dashboards from other applications into Zoho One, you save time and avoid switching between applications while viewing the data and key metrics all together within the Zoho One interface.

Notes
Note: Currently, only the dashboards from Zoho Analytics can be embedded in Zoho One.

The steps to embed a dashboard vary between the two user interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

  1. Sign in to your Zoho One account, then click Add Dashboard.
  2. Click Embed Dashboard.
  3. Select a dashboard from the application you want to embed, then click .
  4. The selected dashboard will be embedded next to your pinned dashboards. You can click on the embedded dashboard and view data within a single interface, without switching between apps.

  1. Sign in to your Zoho One account, then click  next to Home.
  2. Click on the icon .
  3. Click on the application to which you want to embed the dashboard, then click the  icon.
  4. The selected dashboard will be embedded next to your pinned dashboards. You can click on the embedded dashboard and view data within a single interface, without switching between apps.
