Dashboard - Overview

When you sign in to Zoho One, you will land on the Dashboards screen. Dashboards provide pertinent information and quicker visibility of data, with over 45 widgets across various apps on a single screen.

For example, say you have added Cliq, Mail, and People to your Zoho One account. You will be able to view the following information on the dashboard:
  1. From Cliq: Your scheduled events, chats that you are mentioned in, and messages you have starred.
  2. From Mail: Mail folders such as Inbox, Drafts, and Sent.
  3. From People: Your pending tasks, your attendance, your leave report, co-workers you've marked as favorite, your organization's upcoming holidays, and announcements made by your organization.
Dashboards are of two types:
  1. Dashboard for Everyone: Also referred to as shared dashboard, this can only be created by the admins, and will be visible to everyone in the organization. Admins can create up to three such dashboards for an organization.
  2. Dashboard for Only Me: Also referred to as private dashboard, this can be created by anyone in the organization, but will only be visible to them. Every user can create up to two dashboards for themselves.
In effect, admins of an organization can create up to five dashboards (three shared and two private), whereas all other users can create only two private dashboards.
