Managing and customizing One Bar

Overview

One Bar is your unified navigation menu in Zoho One, giving you instant access to all your apps and tools. You can position it on the left or top, switch between icon-only or icon-with-text view, and choose a color theme that suits you. You can also hide it to maximize your workspace.

To customize One Bar appearance:

  1. Click the meatball menu  one the One Bar, then click Customize.
  2. Adjust the following as required: 

    1. Position:
      1. Pin to Top: Docks the One Bar menu to the top of the screen.
      2. Pin to Left: Docks the One Bar menu to the left end of the screen.
    2. View:
      1. Icon Only: Displays a compact bar showing only the app icons.
      2. Icon with Text: Expands the bar to show both icons and their names.
    3. Color: Choose your preferred color from the list and it will be automatically applied to the One Bar.

To hide One Bar:

Method 1: Click the meatball menu , then click Hide One Bar.
Method 2: Click the meatball menu , then click Customize, and click Hide One Bar at the top of the menu.

To show One Bar:

Click the drop-down  on the top-left corner, then click Show One Bar.
