QuickNav

QuickNav is a navigation assistant that lets you search and navigate across your Zoho applications from a single place in Zoho One. You can quickly switch between applications, open modules, and search for contacts using this feature.

To open QuickNav, press Z + Spacebar, or click the  icon in the top-right menu bar.
With QuickNav, you can search for and open applications or modules without leaving your current application. For example, while working in Zoho Cliq, you can open QuickNav, search for Inbox, and open the Inbox module in Zoho Mail without manually switching applications.

Use QuickNav to perform the following actions:

Access applications
  1. Open QuickNav.
  2. Enter the application name.
  3. Select the application from the results.

You can also click Apps in the bottom-right corner of the QuickNav window to view and access the application.


Access application modules
  1. Open QuickNav.
  2. Enter the module name.
  3. Select the module from the results.

Search for contacts
  1. Open QuickNav.
  2. Type @ followed by the contact's name.
  3. Select the contact from the results.


Execute a Cliq command
  1. Open QuickNav.
  2. Type / followed by the command name.
  3. Select the required built-in command or custom Cliq command from the results.
Pin applications and modules
  1. Open QuickNav.
  2. Search for the application or module.
  3. Hover over it and click Pin.

                   

Access pinned items
  1. Open QuickNav.
  2. Click Pins, or use the arrow keys to view the list of pinned items.
  3. Select the required pinned application or module.
