Edit Modules

Overview

The Edit Module allows you to customize and manage your workspace layout. You can rearrange, hide, and organize the applications within a space based on your preferences. It also lets you adjust your navigation settings, ensuring your workspace is arranged the way you prefer.

To customize your module,

  1. Sign in to Zoho One, and select the space where you want to rearrange the apps.
  2. Click   to view the list of apps within that space.


  3. Click the checkbox next to an application to hide or unhide it from the space.
  4. Hover over any application, then move your cursor near the drag icon and arrange the apps in your preferred order.



  5. If an application within the space hasn’t been assigned to you, click Request beside the application. An approval request will be sent to the admin, which they can accept/reject from the notification panel within directory settings. Once approved, you’ll gain access to that application within the space.


  6. Click Save to apply your changes.

Users who have the Reorder modules and Raise app request permissions enabled by the admin can reorder or request to add applications within the space
