Switch between Spaces UI and the older UI
With the ZO25 release, Zoho One sports a new UI that involves Spaces, which increases your efficiency by segregating apps based on their purpose and the business activity involved. However, you can switch back to the older UI and switch back to the Spaces version whenever you want.
To switch from the Spaces version to the older UI,
- Sign in to Zoho One.

Click your profile picture on the top-right corner, then click Switch to old version.
To switch from the older UI to the Spaces version,

Sign in to Zoho One.
- Click your profile picture on the top-right, then click Try Spaces UI.
