Finance widgets

Note: If you use Zoho Books in your organization, you will not have access to the Invoice widgets, and vice versa.  However, if you use Zoho Invoice in your organization, you can upgrade your Invoice account to Books. This will give you access to all of the Books widgets, and you will no longer have access to the Invoice widgets.

Zoho Books
Receivables (Books)
Displays the amount to be received from your customers, for both current and overdue bills.
Payables (Books)
Displays the amount to be paid to your vendors, for both current and overdue bills.
Cash Flow (Books)
Displays a graph of the cash flowing in and out of your organization. Using the filter option, you can set the widget to show the cash flow in a particular time frame.
Top Expenses (Books)
Displays a pie chart depicting all the top expenses recorded in Books. Using the filter option, you can set the widget to show the top expenses in a particular time frame.
Zoho Invoice
Receivables (Invoice)
Displays the amount to be received from your customers, for both current and overdue invoices.
Payables (Invoice)
Displays the amount to be paid to your vendors, for both current and overdue bills.
Zoho Subscriptions
Activation vs Net Cancellations (Subscriptions)
Displays a graph of the ratio between activation and net cancellations. Using the filter option, you can set the widget to show the ratio in a particular time frame.
Zoho Expense
Expense Summary (Expense)
Displays a list of expense reports created in Expense. Using the filter option, you can set the widget to show all, submitted, un-submitted, approved, rejected, and reimbursed expenses. The widget also displays certain expense details, such as Report Number, Report Title, Start Date, End Date, Status, and Amount.
Zoho Inventory
Sales Activity (Inventory)
Displays the quantity of stock that needs to be packed, shipped, delivered, and invoiced.
Top Selling Items
Displays the list of top seven best-selling items by volume in a particular time frame.
