My Open Tickets
Displays a list of open tickets assigned to you in Desk. The widget also displays certain ticket details, such as Ticket ID, Subject, Contact, Received Time, Channel, Status, Owner, Thread Count, and Due Date.
Customer Responded Tickets
Displays a list of tickets in Desk that the customers have responded to. The widget also displays certain ticket details, such as Ticket ID, Subject, Contact, Received Time, Channel, Status, Owner, Thread Count, and Due Date.
All Tickets
Displays a list of all the tickets in Desk.
Knowledge Base
Displays a list of the articles in Desk's Knowledge Base. Using the filter option, you can set the widget to show the articles in one of the four views: Published, Draft, Review, and Expired.
