The steps to enable third-party search add-ons vary between the two user interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.
Unified UI
Add account to an app
- Sign in to Zoho One, then click Zia Search in the left menu.
- Click
in the bottom-left corner. - Click Add Account available under the application for which you want to add a new account.
- Enter the account credentials.
- Click Add.
If Admin approval required is enabled, the account will be added only after the admin approves the user's request.
Add multiple accounts to an app
- Sign in to Zoho One, then click Zia Search in the left menu.
- Click
in the bottom-left corner.
- Click Manage under the application for which you want to add an additional account.
- Click Add Account.
- Enter your account credentials and click Add.
Revoke account from an app
- Sign in to Zoho One, then click Zia Search in the left menu.
- Click
in the bottom-left corner.
- Click Manage under the required app.
- Hover over the account and click Remove.
