Qntrl allows users to develop customized solutions for different business requirements. These extensions are then hosted on Zoho Marketplace where the users can install and use it.
Overview
Qntrl uses ZET (Zoho Extension Toolkit) framework which lets an extension interact with JS SDK APIs. Both node JS and ZET CLI (Command Line Interface) help in setting up the runtime environment to streamline the development process.
After setting up the runtime environment users can build their extension and configure the JSON and JS files.
plugin-manifest.json: Details of the extension such as widget location, third-party integrations, and custom fields are configured here.
JS SDK: The contextual details of different modules can be gathered using the methods in the JS file.
Data storage: Qntrl handles data storage requests using various job entities in extensions.
Once the extension is tested, validated, and packed, it is ready for submission to Zoho Marketplace. The Marketplace team will review your app and provide feedback. After a successful review, your application will be hosted on Zoho Marketplace.
