You can share the test report with your friends or colleagues as email attachment links right from within PageSense. You can also secure your shared reports with passwords to restrict them to specific users, and further set an expiration date to make it inaccessible after a specified time. The website optimization tool also lets you download the reports (currently available only for polls and push notification feature) in .csv format, or print it directly from the application interface. Note that the shareable link that you generated will be accessible to others, even if they aren't a part of your Space.

Sharing your experiment results with others in your team helps you: 

• Communicate updates to your team on all active tests during the weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly team meeting
  

• See how your reports have made an impact to demonstrate your set business criteria
  

• ​Plan and discuss the future steps and improvements needed to improve conversions or revenue over a project.

To share your experiment reports with others:

1. Open the experiment with the reports you want to share, click the REPORTS tab then the share icon on the top-right corner.

2. Enter a password, set an expiry date for the link and click Generate Link to get your shareable link.

3. Now, copy the link and share it with your peers. Anyone with this link will be able to view the live report.
To stop sharing, click Stop Sharing.
