Frequently asked questions about pricing plans and payment information | Zoho PageSense.

Pricing plans and payment

  1. How much do PageSense plans cost?
The pricing for PageSense starts at just $16 per month. We offer three different plans that you can choose from based on your business needs: Analyze, Engage, and Optimize.

    The
Analyze Edition is the basic PageSense plan that starts at $16 per month for 10,000 monthly visitors. Even this basic plan gives you access to major CRO features like web analytics, funnel analysis, heatmaps, session recording, and form analytics. Our Engage and Optimize editions start from as low as $23 and $39 per month respectively for 10,000 monthly visitors. You can find the detailed pricing plan info and feature comparison on our PageSense pricing page.

    Note:
We also offer a free trial version to the users for 15 days that gives you free access to all the CRO features of PageSense  with a visitor limit of 5,000.

  2. Do I need to provide payment information up front?
Absolutely not! Every user who signs up for Zoho PageSense starts with the free trial. Only when you subscribe to a paid plan will you be required to provide your payment information.

  3. What will happen when my free trial ends?
All experiments currently running in your PageSense account will be paused and you'll no longer be able to set up new experiments. To continue tracking your website's data beyond this point, you will need to subscribe to a paid plan.

    Note:
You'll still have complete access to your experiment's configuration and reports for up to 90 days after the trial ends.

  4. What types of payment do you accept?
We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. We also accept payments through bank transfer or check for yearly subscriptions. For more details, please contact sales@zohocorp.com.

  5. How are the monthly visitors counted in PageSense?
Based on our new pricing plan, we count the monthly visitors only once per visitor for a single month. This means that regardless of the number of times the same visitor comes to your site and the number of different experiments they are part of in a given month, that visitor will still be counted only once. However, this estimation applies only until the visitor clears their cookies from their web browser. PageSense uses cookie-based tracking to identify visitors.

However, if you have been grandfathered into our old pricing plan, we count unique visitors for every experiment. For example, if the same visitor is part of 3 different experiments
in a month (for example, heatmap, funnel analysis, and A/B testing), then that visitor is counted three times.

  6. What happens if I exceed the visitor count in my subscription plan?
All experiments currently running in PageSense will be paused, but you'll still be able to access your experiment's configuration and reports. To continue tracking data, you can purchase additional visitor allowances.

  7. Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes, as the account owner or admin of your PageSense account, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime you wish. Your plan will be upgraded as soon as you opt for it, and if you opt for a downgrade, it will be carried out at the end of your billing cycle.

    Note:
If you're a user of our old pricing plan (Standard, Professional, or Enterprise) while upgrading or downgrading your plan, you'll automatically be shifted to the new pricing plan for a smoother and more positive experience.

  8. What happens if I downgrade or cancel my subscription before the end of the billing period?
You'll be charged for the entire billing cycle, and all of your previous PageSense functionalities in the chosen plan will still be available to you until the billing cycle closes.

  9. I'm subscribed to a yearly (or annual) plan. How will I be billed?
You'll just need to make a one-time payment for the annual plan based on the visitor count you've chosen.

  10. Will I have access to my data if I downgrade my plan?
Yes, of course! When you downgrade your plan, you'll still have access to all your experiments' configurations and reports. Later, once your plan is downgraded successfully, you'll be billed for the next cycle based on the number of visitors and projects in the new subscription plan. If you have more projects than your plan covers after you downgrade, the experiments in those will be paused. In this case, PageSense offers you full freedom to choose the projects you want to work and track data with. Check out the different subscription packages in PageSense.

  11. What happens to my data after I cancel or delete the account?
As per our new pricing plan, once you cancel your subscription, we will retain your data for up to 90 days (3 months) if you're in a trial plan, 6 months if you're in the Analyze or Engage plan, and 12 months if you're in the Optimize plan.

    As per our
old pricing plan, we will retain your data for up to 90 days (3 months) for trial users and 1 year for paid users, regardless of the subscription plan that you've chosen (Standard, Professional, or Enterprise).

  12.  Will tracking be disabled once I reach the visitor count limit?
Once you've reached 80% of the visitor limit in your subscription plan, we will notify you via email to either renew your existing plan or upgrade to a higher plan. When you've reached the maximum limit (100% of your visitor count), all the experiments that you're currently running in PageSense will be paused and you won't be able to create new experiments. However, you'll still be able to access your experiments' configuration and reports.

  13. Why I’m unable to upgrade my PageSense account?
Only the admin of your account can upgrade or downgrade the account. Please contact them to make any required changes. Check out our resources to learn more about the different user roles and their access privileges in PageSense.

  14. Does PageSense provide any special offers or discounts for startups, SMBs, nonprofits, or educational institutions?
Yes, we offer discounts to nonprofit organizations. Please contact us at support@zohopagesense.com for more information.

  15. Do you have a cancellation or refund policy?
Currently, PageSense does not have a cancellation and refund policy. However, if you wish to cancel your subscription, please write to us anytime during your plan usage at support@zohopagesense.com and we'll offer you a prorated refund for the remaining days of your subscription plan. To learn more about Zoho's overall refund policy, visit this page.

  16. What should I do after my free trial has ended?
If you haven't entered your payment details after your free trial ends, you will be prompted to subscribe to one of our paid plans: Analyze, Optimize, or Engage. Check out a feature comparison here.

  17. How can I cancel my paid plan?
You can choose to cancel your paid subscription anytime by writing directly to our support team at support@zohopagesense.com.

  18. How can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Only the admin of the PageSense account can upgrade or downgrade the plan.
    1. To upgrade your plan, click on the Profile picture at the top-right corner of your PageSense account and click Upgrade from the pane.
    2. To downgrade your plan, again click on the Profile picture at the top-right corner of your PageSense account, click Upgrade from the pane, and choose to downgrade to a lower subscription plan (either lower paid plans or lower visitor count).

Note: If you're a user of our old pricing plan (Standard, Professional, or Enterprise) you'll automatically be shifted to the new pricing plan when you upgrade or downgrade your account.

  19. Why does my account say that the free trial has expired when I have already paid?
If your free trial has expired and you've already subscribed to a paid plan of PageSense, please write to us at support@zohopagesense.com, and we'll look into the issue for you.

  20. If we purchase and install PageSense on your website right now but don't use the product for, say, two weeks, will it exhaust the visitor quota? Can it be carried forward to next month?
Your visitor quota for the month will be consumed even if you've not configured or launched any experiments in PageSense and there are no visitors tracked under the PageSense reports. Also, the visitor limit for your plan is available only for a month and is not carried forward.

  21. I have 3 projects with 10,000 monthly visitors in my PageSense account. Is it possible to set a limit or bucket the visitor count for each Project?
No. It is not possible to set a limit or bucket the visitor count for a specific project. The 10,000 monthly visitor count that is added to your chosen plan is common across all Projects.

  22. Where do I check my plan details in PageSense?
You can check your plan and its usage details by following the steps below:
    1. Click the Profile picture at the top-right corner of your PageSense account.

    2. Click My Space and choose the Space for which you want to check the plan details.

    3. Next, click the Usage tab at the top-right corner to see the number of projects created, visitor count exhausted, and the length of time your plan is valid for.

  23. Will I get a dedicated account manager once I subscribe to a PageSense paid plan?
Absolutely, yes! We will provide a dedicated point of contact who will be responsible for working closely with you and helping to improve your user experience.

  24. If I subscribe to the yearly plan, will my visitor count be added to my account every month?
No. As soon as you subscribe to an annual plan, the visitor count for the entire year will be added to your account all at once. For example, if you've chosen 10,000 monthly visitors for your yearly plan, then 120,000 (10,000 * 12) monthly visitors will be added to your account directly. Also, when subscribed to a yearly plan, you'll not have any cap or limit on the number of visitors you can track per month.

  25. What will happen to my PageSense Account after a payment failure?
If your bank declines a transaction with us, the following will occur in your PageSense account:
    1. We will send you up to 5 recurring email reminders, each at 3 days interval, to re-enter your payment details or reattempt payment.

    2. After 5 reminders, your PageSense account will be automatically downgraded to our free trial plan. Your account owner can make further manual attempts to subscribe to a paid plan by updating their payment details.

  26. How do I downgrade once I've purchased a yearly subscription?
Once you’ve subscribed to an annual plan, the plan you've subscribed to will be locked within our interface. In order to alter your plan settings and for further assistance, please write to our support team at support@zohopagesense.com .

  27. How can I find my invoices for in-app yearly payments?
As an admin or account owner, you can request copies of your payment invoices or receipts by writing to our Payments team at payments@zohocorp.com.

  28. How do I pick the right plan for my business?
Our new pricing plan is designed in a way that you choose and pay only for the CRO features that you will actually use for your business growth. To learn exactly which plan suits your business and what you'll be paying for in your subscription plan, you can take advantage of our 15-day trial option that gives you free access to all the features of PageSense with a visitor limit of 5,000.

Besides that, you can also set up a quick one-on-one demo with our product experts to understand the tool in detail and get assistance in choosing an optimal plan for your business needs.
