Install the PageSense code snippet on Wix

If you're using Wix, cloud-based software to build and customize your online business website, you can add the PageSense snippet code on your Wix sites to start quickly start tracking and understanding all of your website data with ease. This installation is quick to implement, and does not require any coding knowledge. Once the tracking code is installed, you can use the diverse set of website analytics feature available in PageSense, such as heatmap, session recordings, funnel analysis, form analytics, and others, to measure the performance and collect visitor activity metrics of your site.

Notes

Important: Wix only allows custom tracking codes to be installed on sites with a Premium Plan and with a connected domain. Please check the plan you are subscribed to before adding the PageSense code snippet.   


To install the Pagesense snippet code using Wix:

1. Open your Zoho PageSense account on the web browser, click Snippet on the top bar and then Copy. This copies your Project snippet.


2. Log in to your Wix account on the web browser, click All Sites on the top bar.

3. Choose your website you wish to track using Zoho PageSense.

4. Click Settings on the left pane and then select Development and Integrations, click Custom code from the list. 

5. Click on the +Add custom code button in the top right corner and paste the PageSense snippet.

 

6. Paste the PageSense snippet copied in Step 1 above inside the Custom Code text box provided.
 

7. Add a name for your snippet code, choose Add Code to Pages as Load code once and then Paste Code In to be Head.


8. Finally, click Apply. Navigate back to your main page editor and publish your changes. 
You will be able to create experiments and track your website metrics in Zoho PageSense.

NotesNote: You can verify if the code snippet is installed on your web page successfully by entering the experiment URL in the Verify Your URL section of the Snippet page in Zoho PageSense account as shown in the figure below.
