The interplay between CRO and CRM is the future of constructing a superior customer experience and an effective means of boosting website personalization. This integration precisely enables you to push website visitor insights directly into CRM.
What is CRM?
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is the go-to solution for companies looking to acquire, nurture, and manage relationships with customers effectively. CRM enables you to centralize all customer information, give insight to all customer-facing teams, and personalize every customer interaction.
What will you get from this integration?
Integrating CRO with CRM can help businesses improve their marketing strategies, personalize the customer experience, and improve customer retention, ultimately leading to increased revenue and business growth. This will also help one to observe a visitor's journey and decide where they fall short in converting to a customer from a prospect.
With the Zoho CRM integration, you can:
1. View and replay your customers' sessions.
2. View the goals your visitors have achieved.
Begin integrating Zoho CRM with Zoho PageSense:
- Ensure that the PageSense code snippet is installed on your website. Learn how to install the PageSense snippet code on your website.
- Make sure to add the PageSense Identifier API right below the PageSense code snippet. Learn how to add the Identifier API to your website.
- Remember, the data will be pushed into CRM only when your lead already exists, and both your goals and session recording experiments are running.
- Once you enter the CRM dashboard, in the top-right corner, you will see the Settings icon (⚙️). Click on it.
- Under Marketplace, click on Zoho.
3. You will land on the setup page where all the available Zoho applications will be listed. Search for PageSense and click on it.
4. Once you enter the application, please accept both the Terms and Conditions and click on Continue.
5. Select the user profile and hit on Confirm.
6. Once installed, you will be redirected to select your Space and Project, under after which you can click on Configure.
7. Once the configuration is completed, a custom module for Goals and Session Recording will be created in the CRM.
All the visitors tracked will be associated with the Leads module in CRM.
The email address is the field through which user identification takes place.
