Zoho Flow and Zoho PageSense integration enables users to automate specific tasks based on data collected by Zoho PageSense. For example, whenever a popup is submitted via Zoho PageSense, you can configure a workflow in Zoho Flow to send an email to your lead through the submitted email address. You can also use Zoho Flow to automatically update your CRM to create a contact with data collected via Zoho PageSense or send a email campaign through Zoho Marketing automation platform. You can also integrate Zoho Flow with multiple built-in Zoho apps, as well as several other third-party apps.

Zoho Flow is an online automation tool which enables businesses to build processes between numerous applications and services. It features a drag-and-drop interface that allows users to easily construct and automate workflows without any coding knowledge. It also allows users to create custom integrations using REST APIs and webhooks.

Begin integrating Zoho Flow with PageSense:
1. Beginning in My Flows, click Create in the top-right corner.
2. Click on Create flow.
3. Enter your Flow Name and categorize your flow into a folder of your choice. You can also add a description of your flow. Now, click on Create.
In the build area, choose what triggers your flow: App, Schedule, or Webhook.
App Trigger: Triggers when an event occurs in an app.
Schedule Trigger: Triggers a one-time or recurring flow, on your customized schedule.
Webhook Trigger: The Webhook trigger lets you push data from third-party applications (that support configurable webhooks) to Flow.
4. Hover on App and click Configure.
5. Use the searchbox to search for and select PageSense. Click Next.
6. Choose either Record created - Poll or Record created - Popup, then click Next.
7. Once your trigger has been created, you will be able to authorize your integration between Zoho Flow and Zoho PageSense. Click Connect.
Zoho Flow will access your app data through this connection. By creating this Zoho PageSense connection, you acknowledge that any data updated in Zoho PageSense will be used in accordance with the terms of service and privacy policy of Zoho PageSense.
8. Enter your Connection Name and select which trigger you would like to execute for this specific connection. Click Authorize.
10. Click Accept to integrate.
11. Enter a Variable Name and choose your PageSense Portal, Project and Experiment in which you would like the trigger to be applied. Click on Done.
Only the data that is created post-integrating will be captured and have records. Existing data will not reflect the changes made.
12. Your trigger has now been created successfully. On the left side-bar you can view a list of applications where you can create an action for the trigger created.
Every time you Turn On and Turn Off your flow, you will notice an alert in the top-center.
13. One your trigger has been created, on the top-right corner, you will notice a toggle button, click on it to turn your Flow On. You will also be indicated of the flow status in the top-left corner as Live along with the time stamp of when the last edits were made.
