Integrate Zoho SalesIQ with PageSense

Alert: To enable this integration, you need to make sure that Zoho PageSense tracking code is added on your website. 1. Open your project on PageSense that you want to integrate with Zoho SalesIQ.
2. Click the Integrations tab on the top pane, enable the SalesIQ button, and click Continue.
3. Choose the respective SalesIQ portal you want to integrate with PageSense from the dropdown.
5. Enable Visitor tracking in Zoho SalesIQ.
7. You will be able to view the following details on SalesIQ:
- Watch your customers' session recordings: Click on the session recording link to see your customers' journey through the website pages as you interact with the visitor and diagnose the exact problem they are facing in real time.This helps resolve complex, multi-stage issues faster by cutting down on lengthy conversations though live chat.

b. Track goals achieved: Click Activity to get a detailed report on the goals accomplished, such as time spent and number of sign ups by individual visitors on your website. This information helps identify the potential issues faced by your visitors on the website, optimize web pages as per user requirements, and build stronger customer relationships.
