Filter and segment your pop-up report
Filter by date range
Choose a specific date range for which you want to view your pop-up metrics.
To filter reports by date range:
Click the Calender icon at the top right corner and select any of the following,
- Today, yesterday or last 7 days or 30 days for which you want to view pop-up results.
- Entire duration: This option shows result from the time the message was scheduled until the specified delivery time.
- Last 30 active days: This option shows pop-up metrics during the last 30 days.
- Custom range: This allows you to manually enter an exact start and end date (for example: last week, last 10 days) to calculate the pop-up results.

Filter by audience segments
Filter and view more specific, meaningful pop-up metrics based on individual visitor parameters such as visitor type, source URL, device, location and much more to tailor user experiences and maximize conversions. This helps you to see which audience segments are contributing the most to your business along with detailed information about each on your pop-up metrics.
To filter and view by audience segments:
Click the Segment Audience button at the top right corner and choose from Smart or Advanced options at the left. Learn more about the different types of smart and advanced audience segments available in Zoho PageSense.
For example, say you want to filter the performance of users who accessed your pop-up on a mobile device and are in the California (United States) region. In such case, you can create an advanced audience segment using the Location as California and Device type as Mobile to filter reports from this target audience group.
