Grab your audience’s attention even if they are not active on your website. Schedule and send important alerts such as new product releases, last-minute sales, upcoming event reminders, and a lot more to your subscribers to spark conversions on your website. Zoho PageSense allows you to set automated push messages that recur over a period of time, appear on a specified date and time, or can be triggered by events such as an abandoned cart on an eCommerce site. You can choose to set up multiple push messages on PageSense based on your industry type and user segment like new visitors, device used, etc. This will help you achieve more clicks and increase traffic to your site. Tip: Segment your users to schedule better notifications and generate successful results.
For example, a smartphone network running a one-day promotional offer on a brand-new international roaming pack for all visitors.
To do this:
a.1. Click ADVANCED OPTIONS and choose when you want to delivery the notification.
- Select Now to launch the notification immediately or Later to send it in the future.
- You can also choose the Start Date, End Date, and Time that you want to run the one-time campaign.
Enable or disable the Auto Hide option
You can enable the auto hide option to keep your notification visible until a user clicks on it or dismisses it. But if you want to create a non-intrusive browing experience, you can always choose to disable this option. When disabled, your Web Push Notification will be automatically hidden after 5 secs of inactivity.
This type of notification allows you to inform your subscribers about the new offer and encourage them to be on your website at the right time to make the purchase.
b. RECURRING NOTIFICATION - These types of notifications are sent to users periodically (daily, weekly, monthly) as reminders about recurring events such as subscription renewals, policy payments, and so on. It also helps nudge your subscribers about last-minute deals and exciting offers in advance.
For example, a coffee shop providing 'one for one' offer on all the drinks and desserts every Wednesday.
