Performing User-Specific Operations - Attendance

What is the user-specific operations feature?

The user-specific operation feature lets you view and manage all data pertaining to a particular employee. This includes:
  1. Employee-specific attendance summary along with import, export, and viewing audit history options.
  2. View employee-specific overtime view.
  3. View, add, or manage employee-specific regularization requests.
  4. View, add, or manage employee-specific on duty requests.
  5. View, add, or manage employee-specific hourly permission requests.

How to perform user-specific operations?

  1. Go to Operations > Attendance > User-Specific Operations tab.
  2. Use the search bar to search for a specific employee.
  3. Use the various tabs to view the required information pertaining to this employee.
  4. Perform the required actions by navigating to the corresponding tabs.
