Navigate to Settings > Attendance > Configuration > Reports.
Enable Allow access under Allow reporting manager to access attendance reports, to allow allow reporting manager to view their reportees attendance data.
Reporting manager can view their reportees attendance reports under, Reports > Team Reports > Attendance.
To control who can view and edit the employees expected vs worked hours report, set the required view and edit permissions under Expected vs Worked hours report section.
Enable Carry forward balance hours to the next pay period to carry forward all balance hours from the current pay period that were not paid, into the next pay period.
Employees can view and make changes to Expected vs worked hours report under Reports > My data > Expected vs Worked hours.
Reporting managers can view and edit their reportees Expected vs Worked Hours report under Reports > Team Report> Attendance > Expected vs Worked Hours.
Choose whether to show or hide payment-related attendance hours to employees, which includes payable hours, paid breaks, and unpaid breaks in reports.
Employees can view this data in Reports > My Reports > Attendance > Presence hours break-up and Expected vs Worked Hours report
