The Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) survey in Zoho People allows you to conduct survey and measure employee loyalty and satisfaction. It is based on the Net Promoter Score (NPS) methodology used in customer satisfaction surveys.
It is a single-question survey that measures employee satisfaction on a scale of 0 - 10. For example, in an eNPS survey, employees are asked with single question such as "On a scale from 0 to 10 how likely would you recommend our company as a great place to work?" Based on their response, employees are categorized into three groups:
- Promoters (score 9-10): Employees who are highly satisfied and would recommend the company as a great place to work.
- Passives (score 7-8): Employees who are generally satisfied but may not actively promote the company.
- Detractors (score 0-6): Employees who are dissatisfied about the company.
The final eNPS score is derived using the following formula:
eNPS score = % promoters - % detractors
