Extend the Survey End Date

Zoho People allows you to extend the survey deadline, giving non-respondents the opportunity to participate in the survey to collect comprehensive feedback from your employees.

Survey end date can only be extended for the ongoing surveys.

To extend the survey end date:

From your home page, click Employee Engagement.
Select the eNPS or Engagement Survey tab where the survey is created.
Click on the ongoing survey for which you would like to extend the end date.
Click Edit on End date and select new survey end date from the calendar.
Upon selection, the new end date is set to the selected survey, and a notification will be sent to the applicable respondents.
