Files Service - Employee View

Files service for your employees is an exclusive space for them to view, add, and manage their personal files. They can view the files that are shared with them, with their role, or entire organization. Additionally, they can acknowledge files for which acknowledgement is required.

Files service for employees is divided into three tabs:
  1. My data
  2. Team
  3. Organization

My data

My data tab allows your employees to add, edit, and delete their files in Personal Uploads. View and acknowledge files that are shared with them and with their role.



Team

Team tab allows your employees to view files that are shared with their Department and Reportees based on permission.



Organization

Organization tab allows your employees to view the files that are shared with the entire organization.



Organization Policies

Organization files marked as policy documents are listed under Home > Organization > Policies tab for quick reference.
