LMS - Operations

What is LMS Operations?

Learning Management System (LMS) Operations includes adding a trainer, adding training rooms and adding facility. In this section, details of the trainer and training rooms can also be viewed.

What can be done in LMS Operations?

  1. What are trainers?

To perform this, go to Operations and select LMS.


Trainers

To be able to tag trainers in sessions with ease, you must first add the respective employees who are going to be trainers. 


Adding a Trainer

  1. Go to LMS operations and select Trainers tab.
  2. Click on Add Trainer.



  3. Search and select the trainer you want to add.
  4. Click Save.

Deleting a Trainer

  1. Go to LMS operations and select Trainers tab.



  2. Hover over the trainer you want to delete.
  3. Click Delete.

Rooms

Add all the training rooms of your organization so they can be easily tagged while creating a session. 



Adding a Room

To add a training room, click Add Room.
  1. Enter a name for the room.



  2. Upload a representative image of the room.
  3. Enter the maximum capacity of how many members can be present in a room.
  4. Enter the location of the room.
  5. Select the facilities that are available in the room.

Adding a Facility

To add additional facilities in the rooms that may be available in your organization, 
  1. Click on the Add Facility icon beside Add Room button.



  2. Click Add Facility.



  3. Enter the name of the facility you want to add. 
  4. Edit or Delete by hovering over the facility. 



  5. Click Add.

Deleting a Room

  1. Go to LMS operations and select Trainers tab.



  2. Hover over the trainer you want to delete.
  3. Click the Delete icon.
