Customize Balance

What is the Customize Balance feature?

The customize balance feature lets you customize the leave balance of any employee at any given point in time.
This might be required when: 
  1. When an organization migrates from one HRMS tool to another.
  2. When employees migrate from an old policy to a new one.
  3. When there are any corrections to be made apart from what the system entitles. For example, if you wish to increase the available medical leave balance for an employee who had an accident and is unable to come to the office.

Customizing the leave balance of an employee

To customize the leave balance, you can either go to Operations > Leave > User-Specific Operations > Select an employee > Customize Balance or
Go to Operations > Leave > Customize Balance > Customize > Select an employee and customize the balance by entering the new balance for a particular date. Enter the reason and click on Save to confirm changes.

Within the Customize Balance page, in addition to the Customize option, you can also apply a Filter () to change the list of employees that are displayed. Additionally, using the ellipses icon ()you have options to Import, Export, Download as PDF, or Print.
