Managing Employee Leave Requests

Viewing leave requests

View all employee leave requests in Operations > Leave Requests.

The default "Leave" view displays leave requests from all employees (administrator).

You can switch views here using the provided drop-downs.

Using the Add Request button, a leave request can be added for any employee (administrator). Reporting managers can add leave requests for their reportees. All employees can add leave requests for themselves.
To switch views, such as to view leave requests based on status or to list them by different employee sets, use the drop-down available here (annotated in the screenshot above).
Use the ellipses icon for options to Import or Export leave requests

Approving leave requests

To access the approver view, Switch to Approver View using the drop-down.

Approvers will also receive notifications for leave request approvals. Which can be accessed using the

Bell icon to open notifications tray or from Home > My Space > Overview > Approvals

How to view and approve my reportees' pending leave requests?

To view or approve pending leave requests from your reportees, go to Operations > Leave > Leave Requests and in the provided drop-down options, select Reportees' and Pending.
Click on a pending request to view request details.
You can approve the request from there.

Creating a custom view to view and manage leave requests

You can create custom views by clicking on Create View in the main drop-down. Enter a view name, specify permissions, and use the arrows to add fields to the created custom view. Once it is saved, it can be accessed using the same drop-down.
