Manage Compensatory Off Requests

Viewing compensatory off requests

To view compensatory off requests, go to Operations > Leave > Compensatory Off.

Use the drop-down to view requests by current status. You can also choose between viewing All Data, Reportee + My Data, or My Data here.
Use the filter icon () to filter the displayed records.
From the ellipses icon () you have options to directly access Compensatory Off settings (if applicable) and to Import and Export records.
If the Compensatory Off Scheduler has detected any work done on holidays or weekends it will be listed here. Employees can directly click Book Comp off to directly submit a compensatory off request for that day.

Adding a compensatory off request

Go to Operations > Leave.
Navigate to Compensatory Off tab and click the Add Request button.
Select the employee you are adding the request for, select the worked date, unit, duration, and expiry date.
After reviewing the details below the "Attendance Details" box, click on Submit.

Start from step 2 if you are trying to add a compensatory off request from the user-specific operations page.

Employees can apply for compensatory off from Home > My Space > Overview > Leave tab (if applicable) or from Leave Service (left-side menu) > My Data > Compensatory Off > Add Request
