Copy Customization

What is Copy Customization?

Copy Customization is a process that allows an organization to create a new account by replicating many of the modules and forms from an existing base (or primary) account. This makes it easier to set up the new account with the same configurations as the original one.


Using the Copy Customization feature

  1. From the base account, go to Operations > Data Administration > Copy Customization 
  2. Enter the email address to send the request to in the provided input box.
  3. Click Send Request
  4. Once the request is accepted, again access Copy Customization and select the modules and the forms that you'd like to replicate.
  5. Enter the copy customization target account email address.
  6. Click Copy.
Now you have successfully reproduced the required modules and forms from your base account to your new account.

System modules and forms that are generic to all accounts will  be reproduced on the new account.
Employee/User specific configurations and data should never be replicated from one account to the other.
