Continuous Review Cycle Import
This feature allows you to import KRAs, goals, competency ratings, and review question feedback for current or past continuous review cycles. The overall rating/score for the cycle is calculated based on the ratings given for all applicable evaluation parameters in the import data. You can import both self and manager review ratings along with their comments.
Ratings and comments can be imported only for evaluation parameters (Goals, KRA, Competency, KRA vs Goals, and Review Questions) that are already mapped to an employee.
Import completed or current review cycle data
This option allows you to import data for already completed or current review cycle.
Note: If a reviewer is not specified in the import file, the system will use the reviewer from the continuous review configuration
Employees not applicable to the continuous review cycle can be included in the import.
To import data for completed or current review cycle:
- Navigate to Operations > Performance > Import > Continuous Review.
- Select Completed or current review cycle for import.
- Select the year of the continuous review cycle.
- Select the continuous review period for which you want to import data.
- Select the required options:
- Update reviewer from import for completed reviews: Updates the reviewer details for completed reviews based on the data from the import file, ensuring that the correct reviewer information is reflected in the continuous review cycle.
- Update ratings and comments from import for completed reviews: Updates existing ratings and comments for completed reviews using the imported data to maintain accuracy and consistency in review records.
- Publish manager reviews after import: Automatically publishes manager reviews once the import is completed, making the imported ratings and comments visible to the respective employees.
- Click on Import.
- Download the sample template.
A sample template .xls file will be dowloaded to your downloads folder. - Enter the continuous review details in the import file as per the format shown below.
- Click on Upload file, and upload the import file form your local drive.
- Map the Zoho People form fields to the corresponding headers in the import file.
- Click Next to verify the import mapping details.
- Click Next again to proceed with the import.
- The data will be importer and import summary will be displayed. Review any errors, update the import file as required, and retry the import if necessary.
Import Data for a New Review Cycle for Past Dates with New Configuration
Use this option to import data for past continuous review cycles that were not conducted during the specified period. You can define a new continuous review configuration and import data based on it.
To import data new review cycle for past dates with new configuration:
- Navigate to Operations > Performance > Import > Continuous Review.
- Select New review cycle for past dates with new configuration.
- Define the continuous review configuration for selected review cycle period.
- Click on Import.
- Download the sample template.
A sample template .xls file will be dowloaded to your downloads folder. - Enter the continuous review details in the import file as per the format shown below.
- Click on Upload file, and upload the import file form your local drive.
- Map the Zoho People form fields to the corresponding headers in the import file.
- Click Next to verify the import mapping details.
