Performance Service Operations - Overview

What is Performance Service Operations?

Performance service operations is a centralized space to handle all employee performance data. This includes tagging KRA, Competency, Skill Sets, adding and starting appraisal cycles, manage goals and more. Performance aspects of a particular employee can also be viewed and managed here.

What can be done in Performance Service Operations?

  1. Tag KRA, Competency, Skill Set, Review questions and view their corresponding libraries. Add summary questions.
    To perform these actions navigate to Operations > Performance > Methods tab.

  2. Add Appraisal, Salary Hike cycles, handle review extension requests.
    To perform these actions navigate to Operations > Performance > Appraisal tab.

  3. View and manage Continuous Review Cycles
    To perform these actions, navigate to Operations > Performance > Continuous Reviews.

  4. Import Performance Appraisal, Self Appraisal, Salary Hike, Goals, KRA, Competency, Skill Levels data.
    To perform these actions navigate to Operations > Performance > Import tab.

  5. Export Appraisal Cycle Data, Salary Hike Cycle Data, Module Data.
    To perform these actions navigate to Operations > Performance > Export tab.
  1. Collectively manage Goals.
    To manage all goals, reportee goals, direct reportee goals, create custom views, or import and export goals, navigate to Operations > Performance > Goals tab.
  1. View Employee Salary details, Revision History, Export Past Salary Data.
    To perform these actions navigate to Operations > Performance > Employee Salary tab
  1. Tag KRA to particular employees
    To tag KRA to specific employees navigate to Operations > Performance > KRA tab
  1. Tag Competency to particular employee.
    To tag Competency to specific employees navigate to Operations Performance > Competency tab

  1. Perform user-specific operations
  1. Go to Operations > Performance > User-Specific Operations tab.
  2. Use the search bar to search for a specific employee.
  3. Use the various tabs to view the required information pertaining to this employee.
  4. Perform the required actions by navigating to the corresponding tabs.
