This aids in tracking performance consistently and collecting feedback as and when required. The solutions offered here includes self review elements, appraisals, continuous reviews, multi rater reviews and more.
How is the Performance Service useful and who is it intended for?
- All Employees (general usage)
See their KRA, Goals, Skill Sets, Competencies. View and share feedback, self reviews, continuous reviews, view appraisal data and more.
- Managers
All the actions the above role can perform in addition to handling appraisals and reviews. View team and reportees performance data, tag goals, competency and skill sets. Access to appraisee view, manage salary hikes, handle approvals and access the skill set matrix.
- Administrators:
All the actions the above roles can perform in addition to setting up performance methods, create and manage appraisals and reviews, create appraisal templates, setup various preferences and options. (using their access to Settings and Operations)
Selected employees can be given administrative access to Performance Service settings or data.
