What is Performance Service Settings?

Performance settings allow administrators to set up how employee performance is assessed in your organization. This includes enabling and configuring the various performance methods, creating appraisal templates, creating and managing various reviews, and defining the various performance metrics such as goals, skill sets, and more.

To access Performance service settings, go to Settings (gear icon on the top-right corner) > View All Performance (Visible only to Super Administrator and roles with Administrative Access).



Once inside, use the tabs on the left listed under the main Configuration tab to manage all cruical aspects of the Performance Service. This includes enabling methods, configuring KRA, Goals, creating appraisal templates and more.



Additional tabs include:
Extend Service: This tab features adding and editing custom forms, custom buttons. These features are for extending the default capabilities of the Attendance Service to match the requirements of different organizations. 
Approvals: Setup an approval flow for processes inititated from the Performance service.
Automation: Enable system notifications, create workflows, automated actions, templates and more.
Permissions: Add service administrators and permissions related to records, fields and more.
