Rename Terms feature lets you rename performance service terms with commonly used terms within your organization. Corresponding tab names will also be updated accordingly. For instance, if 'multi-rater' is changed to '360 degrees', then other tabs will be renamed as '360 degree feedback', '360 degree approvals', and '360 degree selection'.

To Rename Terms, navigate to Settings > Performance > Configuration > Rename Terms
