User Service Overview: Performance

What is "Performance" user service?

The "Performance" user sevice refers to the Performance tab accesed through the left bar in Zoho People. It displays all the necessary performance-service related information such as KRA, Skill Set, Goals, active reviews and more. This space is intended for all users and is accessible by all roles (team members, managers and administrators).

How to navigate to user service?
Simply click on the Performance icon in the left bar in Zoho People.

What can employees do here?

  1. View KRA, Skill Set, Goals, Competency data.
  2. Tag Skill Sets
  3. Add new Goals
  4. Request, give and view feedback
  5. View Appraisal Data
  6. View active reviews if applicable (such as if self review is included)

What can managers do here?

  1. Managers can do all the above actions and additionally perform more actions from the Team tab such as viewing reportee KRA, Goals, and tagging new KRA, Goals to them. 

  1. Managers have access to Appraisee View (if applicable). They can view appraisal cycle details from here, open reviews, see completed reviews. Salary Hike tab displays completed salary hike data. 

  1. Managers have access to Reviewer section of Continuous Review (if applicable)
  2. View Skill Set Matrix
  3. Handle approval requests such as multi rater approval or review extension approvals.

What can administrators do here?

  1. Within the user service, administrator role is similar to the above roles. Similar to managers they can also view and manage reportee performance data. Administrators can also see active and completed reviews and have access to the Appraisee View if applicable.
