Compensation Reports
To access Compensation Reports, navigate to Reports on the bottom left corner of your screen and go to the Organization Reports tab.

Current salary
The current salary of employees is displayed based on the salary package. If salary package is not enabled, only salary will be shown in the report.
Salary distribution
Displays the average salary, minimum, and maximum based on experience, location, and designation.
Employee compensation trend
Displays the salary growth of employees across time. Use the drop-down to select an employee.
Salary history
Displays the employee salary history in detail.
Salary Components history
Displays the salary component details of employees during a specific period based on selected custom period.
Benefits history
Displays the salary component details of employees during a specific period, based on the selected custom period.
