What can you do in settings? 

Settings lets you set up and fine-tune Zoho People to handle all your organization's HR Processes. It Includes:
  1. Setting up your organization's information in Zoho People.
    This includes basic details such as name, type of organization, country, time zone, alert, chat and employee preferences.
  2. Defining your organization's structure. Handle multiple companies or entities within one account.
  3. Defining organization roles and permissions.
  4. Add the location, department, and designations of your organization.
  5. Import and add your user and employee profiles.
  6. Enable the services that your organization requires.
  7. Configure various services such as:
    Leave | Attendance | Shifts | Timesheet | Performance | Onboarding | Employee Engagement | Files | Compensation | Cases | LMS

  1. Adding domains and rebranding Zoho People.

Who is the settings page in Zoho People intended for?

Accessing Settings

Settings is accessible from any screen in Zoho People using the gear icon on the top-right corner of the screen (for administrators).



Once you open settings, you have a card with your organization's logo and basic information. The super administrator information is also displayed.
Click the search icon to quickly search for a particular setting. The Manage Services option lets you rename, rearrange, and enable/disable services.

The services and settings available in your Zoho People account depend on your subscription and the permissions configured by the administrators. Some service names can be renamed, and the default name may vary depending on the geographical location of your Zoho People account.
