Employee Engagement Surveys

An organization may roll out surveys to gather employee feedback on various aspects of their organization using the Employee Engagement feature in Zoho People. Once a survey is shared with the employees, they will be informed in the following ways.

Survey notification

The employee will receive a notification in their account with a link to complete the survey.

Dashboard widget

Pending surveys will be listed in the Employee Engagement widget. An employee can click on the relevant survey and the survey popup will be visible for employees to fill in.

Feeds

Employees will also receive an alert through feeds.

Note: Employees will be able to view surveys based on applicability set by Admins.
