Create a New Event

1. Click Collaboration on the left navigation panel.
   
2. Click the Calendar tab in the top navigation band.
   
3. Click on a date or click Add Activity in the upper-right corner.
4. Hover over more options icon () for more options
5. Click the Event tile.
6. Select a Project from the drop-down.
7. Enter Event Title, Starts at and Ends at date and time.
8. Select Attendees from the list of users in your project.
9. Add a reminder from the Remind all drop-down and enter a Location.
10. Enter your comments if any.
11. Use Repeat option for a recurring event
12. Click Save to schedule the event in your project.

Create a Task  

1. Click Collaboration on the left navigation panel.
   
2. Click the Calendar tab in the top navigation band.
   
3. Click on a date or click Add Activity in the upper-right corner.
   
4. Hover over more options icon ().
   
5. Click the Task tile.
   
6. Select a Project from the drop-down.
   
7. Enter Task Name and other details.
   
8. Click Add. Click Add More if you want to add more tasks.
   

Add a Phase  

1. Click Collaboration on the left navigation panel.
   
2. Click the Calendar tab in the top navigation band.
   
3. Click on a date or click Add Activity in the upper-right corner.
   
4. Hover over more options icon ().
   
5. Click the Phase tile.
   
6. Select a Project from the drop-down.
   
7. Enter Phase name.
   
8. Enter other details.
   
9. Click Add.

Add an Issue

1. Click Collaboration on the left navigation panel.
   
2. Click the Calendar tab in the top navigation band.
   
3. Click on a date or click Add Activity in the upper-right corner.
   
4. Hover over more options icon ().
   
5. Click the Issue tile.
   
6. Select a Project from the drop-down.
   
7. Enter Issue Title.
   
8. Enter other details.
   
9. Click Add. Click Add More to add more issues.

Schedule a Meeting  

1. Click Collaboration on the left navigation panel.
   
2. Click the Calendar tab in the top navigation band.
3. Click on a date or click Add Activity in the upper-right corner.
4. Hover over more options icon ().
5. Click the Meeting tile.
6. Select a Project from the drop-down.
7. Enter the Title.
8. Type in the Agenda.
9. Select Participants.
10. Set the date in the Schedule it on field.
11. Set the start time and duration.
12. Click Save.

Apply For Leave

1. Click Collaboration on the left navigation panel.
2. Click the Calendar tab in the top navigation band.
3. Click on a date or click Add Activity in the upper-right corner.
4. Hover over more options icon ().
5. Click the Time-Off tile.
6. Enter the details.
7. Click Save.
   

Date Picker

1. Click Collaboration on the left navigation panel.
2. Click the Calendar tab in the top navigation band.
3. Click to access the date picker.
4. Select the month to view the calendar for that month.
5. Click on the year to navigate through different years.
6. Click on the year range to select decades.

Day and Week View

1. Click Collaboration on the left navigation panel.
2. Click the Calendar tab in the top navigation band.
3. Select the from Week or Day view.
4. Drag and drop items to change their schedule.
5. Work items with time (tasks, events, and meetings) will be shown against the 24-hour time frame.
6. Phases and issues will be shown at the top.
   

Customize Colors

1. Click Collaboration on the left navigation panel.
2. Click the Calendar tab in the top navigation band.
   
3. Click  in the top-left of the Calendar to display colors by module (default).
   

1. For Color by Module:
   

1. Select Color by Assignee from the drop-down.
   
2. Choose colors for each assignee.
   
3. Click More Colors to create custom colors.

User Specific Holidays

1. Click Collaboration on the left navigation panel.
2. Click the Calendar tab in the top navigation band.
   
3. Click  in the top-right corner and select the Assignee field to filter tasks by user.
4. A holiday icon will appear next in the calendar if they are on holiday, based on their associated business calendar.
