Project Entity Attachments

Project Attachments allows you to organize files of all your project modules. You can also view all the files and comments attachments associated with the modules in Thumbnail and List views.

Supports Zoho WorkDrive attachments, Whiteboard and extension attachments.
Integrate Zoho Projects with Zoho Meeting to view Zoho Meeting Comment attachments in Zoho Projects.
Users can upload files up to 20 MB by default. To upload larger files, the user must be a member of the selected folder.

Access Attachments

To access Project Attachments

Select Projects from the left navigation panel.
Navigate to your project and select Documents from the top band.
Click Project Attachments.
Select a module from the drop-down to view and access the attachments.

Manage Attachments

Search

Select a module and enter the file name in the search bar to find the attachment.
Click on the attachment to access it.

Sort

Click

and select Attachment Name to sort attachments in alphabetically ascending or descending order. Select Uploaded Time to sort attachments based on the uploaded time.

Open Details

In Thumbnail view, hover over the attachment and click

to access the attachment details page. In List view, click on the listed attachment to access it.

Download

Hover over the attachment & click

to download the attachment.

Enter at least 3 characters.
Search bar is not available for the files in Zoho Meeting and the Project module's comments.
