Box is content management software you can use to manage all kinds of files securely. Files related to planning, analysis, design, and more will be required to be used among your team members at various stages of project development. The Box extension for Zoho Projects helps you access files managed in you Box account and associate them with respective tasks of a project all from within your Zoho Projects itself. You can also easily disassociate a file whenever it is not needed.
Installing the extension
Click in the upper-right corner of the top navigation band.
Navigate to Marketplace > All.
Search for and click on Box for Zoho Projects.
Click Install.
Agree to the terms of service and click Install.
Under the General section, select the profiles, projects, and users you want the extension to be shared with or given access to.
Agree to the terms of use.
Click Install Extension.
Under the Connections section, click Authorize. Sign in with your Zoho credentials.
Click Authorize. Sign in with your Box credentials.
Associating files to a task
One or more files from Box can be associated with a particular task in a project. The members linked to the task can manage the files at ease. They can preview or download the files when needed.
Navigate to your project and click Tasks from the left panel.
Choose a task and go to the Task details page to associate files.
Click Box in the Tasks tab.
Click Associate Files.
Choose the required files and click Associate files. The files will be associated with the task.
Click to disassociate a file.
Associating files to bugs
Navigate to your project and click Bugs from the left panel.
Choose a Bug and go to the Bugs details page to associate files.
Click Box in the Bugs tab.
Click Associate Files.
Choose the required files and click Associate files. The files will be associated with the bug.
Click to disassociate a file.
Uninstalling the extension
Click in the upper-right corner of the top navigation band.
