Installing the extension

1. Click   in the upper-right corner of the top navigation band.
2. Navigate to Marketplace > All.
   
3. Search for and click on Dropbox for Zoho Projects.
   
4. Click Install.
   
5. Agree to the terms of service and click Install.
   
6. Under the General section, select the profiles, projects, and users you want the extension to be shared with or given access to.
   
   
7. Agree to the terms of use.
   
8. Click Install Extension and proceed authorizing your Zoho and Dropbox account.
   
9. Under the Connections section, click Authorize.
   Sign in with your Zoho credentials.
10. Click Authorize.
    Sign in with your Dropbox credentials.
    
    
11. Under the Permissions section, select a profile.
    The selected profile, along with the admin, can manage the folders.

Associating Dropbox files to tasks

1. Navigate to your project, then click Tasks from the left panel.
   
2. Choose a task and go to the Task information page to associate files.
   
3. Click Dropbox in the tasks tab.
   
4. Click Associate Files.
   The list of files synced from Dropbox will be listed.
   
   
5. Choose the required files and click Associate files.
   The files will be associated with the task.
   
   
6. Tap on the file to preview it in Dropbox.
   
7. Click to download a file.
   
8. Click to disassociate a file.
   

1. Click Attachments in the tasks tab.
   
2. Click Attach Files, and tap on Dropbox.
   
   
3. Choose the required files and click Associate files.
   
   
4. Tap on the file to preview it.
   
5. Click  to download a file.
   
6. Click  to disassociate a file. 
   

Associating folders from Dropbox

1. Navigate to your project and click Dropbox from the left panel.
   
2. Click Add/Associate Folder.
   
   
3. Under Add folder, enter a folder name.
   
4. Click Add.
   
   
5. Under Associate folder, select the folders to be associated.
   
6. Click Associate.
   The folder along with the files will be associated.
   
   

        

Uninstalling the extension

1. Click   in the upper-right corner of the top navigation band.
2. Navigate to Marketplace > All.
   
3. Click Installed.
   
4. Click Dropbox for Zoho Projects.
   
5. Click Uninstall.
