The Zoho Projects Figma extension allows teams to directly incorporate design files into their projects. Figma designs can be viewed and discussed in context by designers and stakeholders, which enhances cross-functional visibility and streamlines the review process. This ensures that design and project management remain in alignment, regardless of whether they are iterating on prototypes or presenting final designs.

Installing the Figma Extension

1. Click  in the top-right corner of the top navigation band.
   
2. Navigate to Marketplace and click Extensions.
   
3. Search for and click Figma for Zoho Projects.
   
4. Click Install.
5. Set the projects where the extension will be available and then select the accessibility.
   
6. Click Save and Proceed. 
   

Add New Design to a Project

1. Navigate to your project and click  to view more tabs in the top navigation bar.
   
2. Click on Figma.
   
3. Click on the Add New Design button.
   
   
4. Enter a Figma title.
   
5. Enter the design URL.
   
6. Click Add.
