Google Drive for Zoho Projects
The Google Drive for Zoho Projects extension lets you access your Google Drive and Google Team Drive
accounts and associate your files with a work item like a task or an
issue in Zoho Projects. You can use this extension to link relevant
supporting documents or resources with your tasks or issues
respectively.
Install Google Drive for Zoho Projects in your portal
Click in the upper-right corner of the top navigation band.
Navigate to Marketplace > All Apps.
Search for Google Drive for Zoho Projects extension, and tap on it.
Click Install to proceed to installation.
Set your preferences under the General section.
Select the profile(s) and project(s) you want the extension to be shared with or given access to.
Agree to the terms of use.
Click Save & Proceed. You will be taken to the extension list page.
Click Google Drive for Zoho Projects.
Navigate to the Connections section.
Click Authorize.
Sign in to your Google account
Click Allow to permit Zoho Workflow to access your account.

Associate files
Navigate to your project and click a task or an issue you want to associate files from your Google account with.
Select the Google Drive extension.
Click Associate Files.
Select the files you would like to associate.
Your Google Drive, Google Shared Drives, and Shared with me files will be fetched and displayed here.
You can select a maximum of 10 files at once
A maximum of 25 files (including the Shared Drives files) can be associated with a task or an issue
Click Associate Files.
One other way to do this is to click to associate files from your Google Drive account.
The
file listing will be exactly like how the files are listed on your
Google Drive or Shared Drives account. We don't display files that are
shared with you over your Google Drive or Shared Drive account.
To
select files from a folder, navigate to the folder and select the files
that you would like to associate with the current task or the issue.
You cannot associate a folder via this extension.
Access associated files
Navigate to your project and open a task or an issue.
Select the Google Drive extension.
Click a file that has been associated with the task or issue. The file will open from its Google Drive location.
Delete an associated file
Navigate to your project and open a task or an issue.
Select the Google Drive extension.
Hover over a file and click the Trash icon to delete. This action removes only the file's association with the task or issue.
Confirm your action.
Download or move an associated file
Navigate to your project and select a task or an issue.
Open the Google Drive extension.
Hover over a file and click the download icon . A copy of the file will be downloaded to your machine.
If you want to move a file from Google drive to Documents, hover over the file and click Move.
Uninstalling the extension
To uninstall the Google Drive extension:
Click in the upper-right corner of the top navigation band.
